This will only ruin your enthusiasm for travel and make you feel bad about your physical condition. So, plan your itinerary positively. Next issue is booking for your travel. When booking for a flight or accommodation, do not forget to inquire with the airlines or the hotel if they have amenities to aid people with walking disability. You must find an airline or a hotel that will help you travel comfortably and conveniently. When booking for an accommodation, make sure that you get a room on the ground-level. If you cannot find one, just ensure that the hotel has a lift facility for handicapped people. Also, do not forget to consider the hotel room’s amenities such as the shower. Ask if there is a handicapped shower, or if hotel doors’ are wide enough to let a wheelchair in and out.
